If your student is enrolled in Florida Virtual High School, then transcript requests can be made via email or fax. Just download the FVHS transcript request form and submit the completed transcript request form via email or fax to the FLVS Full Time administrative offices.

FLVS Full Time Public Schools policies related to location change follow the procedures below:
- Permanent In-Area Location Change – If you move to a new home within the school’s service area, notify FLVS Full Time within 10 days and provide updated proof of residency within 30 days.
- Temporary Location Change – If your child will be away from their main residence for more than three weeks, you’ll need administrative permission. During state testing windows, students must test in their assigned district based on their permanent address, unless transportation is arranged. Missing state tests may result in withdrawal from FLVS.
- Alternate Learning Location(s) Change – If your child regularly learns in a location other than their home, but you haven’t changed your residence, please be aware that this may affect required state testing based on the permanent address on file.
Update through FOCUS
Parents can update their primary address in FOCUS from their parent portal. The change will be submitted for approval. A member of the Enrollment and Assessment Team will reach out via email requesting updated proof of residency documentation. Once the documents are received, the change request will be approved.
To access your address in FOCUS, follow the steps below:
- Click on your child's name, then Child Info
- Select Addresses & Contacts, then select and update the address that needs to be updated
- Click Save at the bottom right
Update by email
Email [email protected] with your new address and an updated residency document. Be sure to include the student's name and grade level in the body of the email. Please use the subject line "Change of Address."
Only the student's legal guardian who enrolled the student can withdraw them.
Withdrawal requests for FVHS students must be submitted through the official FOCUS withdrawal form in the parent portal account.
- Log into your FLVS FOCUS parent portal account
- Select the "FVHS: Enrollment - Withdrawal Request (9-12) Form" from the Forms menu on the left-hand side of your home page
- Complete all required fields on page 1 of the form and submit
- Once the withdrawal has been processed, you will receive a withdrawal confirmation letter to the primary contact's email address.
- For assistance in recovering your FOCUS username or password (FLVS Full Time), please contact FLVS Support at 800-374-1430. You can also email FLVS support at [email protected].
- Our Enrollment Specialists will be happy to assist you in resetting your FOCUS parent portal credentials.
- Reach out to the Enrollment Specialist for your last name by email. Be sure to include your full name, your student's name, and a description of the issue in your email. Include the phrase, "FOCUS parent portal password" in the subject line. Be prepared to provide identifying information to confirm your identity.
